Favorite New Song - REALLY LATE!

I only went to 3 shows last summer, 1 pregnant & two in CVille - not too shabby but we didnt really become too familiar with the "new" songs live. But discussing it tonight & now watching it on a nice bootleg DVD, I can say that The Idea of You is my favorite.

I think this song is really Pure not "clean" pure but Innocent & True Pure and that's what really attracts me to it. The sing-song way the words and music flow just force a smile upon my face & I always instantly grab for Matias' hand when I hear this song. It makes me want to hold hands, you know? Some other songs make you want to do "other things" but this song is just so sweet and pure, I just want to lie back on the grass on a nice spring day and hold hands.

oh lord, Crash just came on. For some reason Matias started calling me every time this song came on when we were apart...now it's kind of our Thing...and plus it's one of the only songs I can sing to Liam without having the music playing...
